The “Fungi Academy” is near the top of a mountain in San Marcos and overlooks Lago Atitlan. This is where the people who live at the academy dry their laundry and have an open space for different activities.

These mushrooms were grown by creating holes in logs and inserting a small amount of fungus which was then covered and allowed to infect the log.
A young black skimmer on St. Pete Beach, Florida. Black Skimmer birds are endangered and their nesting areas are roped off during breeding season. This baby wanted some shade and ventured out from the roped off area and hid under a watersports sign.
